Testimonials

“I sincerely appreciate the tender loving care given to these young kids.  I feel confident leaving my child here in able hands.  Kudos to the teachers and principal and all the loving staff.  Glad I found PHP!!”

“We couldn’t be more pleased.  Pleasant Hill is a very warm, caring school for both the students and parents.  Ms. Jill and Ms. Jennifer are amazing.  They take care to treat our twin daughters as individuals and are very in-tune with their students.  My girls have covered not only pre-K learning milestones this year, but a good number of Kindergarten ones, too.  We’re thrilled.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Pleasant Hill!  My daughter has had a wonderful 3 years at the school.  She is more than prepared for Kindergarten, and has learned social and organizational skills.  She and I have made wonderful friends here.  I will really miss the school and teachers- I would (and have) highly recommended the school to any of my friends.  Teachers are all very caring and love teaching the kids.”

"My wife and I feel extremely lucky to have placed our son in PHP after relocating here from Long Island.
  • Within a short period of time we noticed a stark and obvious improvement in his language and social skills.
  • We look forward to the daily communication from his teachers sent home with our son in regards to his school day...EVERYDAY.
  • The drop off and pickup routine are perfectly orchestrated with the entire staff assisting in what could easily be a chaotic process. This is especially appreciated by my wife who normally has an infant in tow.
  • I was contacted immediately on a day the teachers noticed my son was showing a small rash, which fortunately turned out to be harmless. I was none-the-less really impressed with the close attention to my son and the concern for the well-being of his classmates displayed by the PHP administration.
  • On a day when I unexpectedly had to pick my son up early, I was unable to get into the building through multiple entrances. Ultimately I was met by the director who confirmed my identification and she walked me to my son's class. As a typical protective Dad I was really happy I was unable to get into the building (from any of the 3 entrances I attempted).
  • My son comes home with completed art, math, or spelling projects every day that we proudly display on our refrigerator....which has run out of space.
  • My son loves his teachers and there was never one instance of him NOT looking forward to going to school.
Ultimately, this is the first and only preschool my wife and I have enrolled a child in. I am super protective of my first born and unapologetically wear this on my sleeve. I don't mince words when it comes to my children and never give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I can honestly say PHP was everything I would have put on a wish list when accepting the fact it was time to enroll my son in pre-school. It took a short time to get to know Mary, the director, and my son's teachers, Ms. Shaun and Ms. B. and I could not fathom finding a smarter, kinder, no-nonsense group of professionals to trust my child with. It is very obvious they work under the stringent premise that they are safeguarding and mentoring children and they do not compromise this work ethic. I love PHP."
